Dr. William B. After 4+ years of intense, rigorous, scholarly academic work, in April 2017 Dr. Findley was fortunate to survive and successfully complete his Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership (Grand Canyon University) with distinction. His Doctoral academic record was outstanding in both the immensely difficult coursework and the arduous dissertation process. As a result of this strong achievement, Dr. Findley was invited to join the prestigious Alpha Chi National Honor Society based on his high degree of intellectual performance throughout his Doctoral studies. Having earned his place within this respected, scholarly Academy, he has enhanced his notable 5-Star training and education that, in combination with a lifetime track record of excellence at the highest levels, will effectively and powerfully impact and influence your personal and professional goals and objectives. Through all these enriching experiences, Dr. Findley remains focused on people and relationships, first and foremost. That is his passion which aligns with his mission in life.

As a sidebar, during the final months of his Doctoral dissertation, Dr. Findley made the decision to become "Dr. Uber" and drive for the ride-sharing company in order to engage with people from all around the world who were visiting Oahu. This unconventional strategy provided Dr. Uber with a solid, intimate pulse of what the current thinking is related to life, living, leadership and beliefs since this offered the opportunity to engage with the mosaic fabric of society positing numerous perspectives and thoughts from a myriad of global cultures. After 6000+ rides, Dr. Uber came away with thousands of amazing stories and was able to provide financial support from his fares to several organizations that are on the front lines of fighting human trafficking in every corner of the world. This rich experience provided the basic framework for the concepts related to BELIEFHACKER and Uber Leadership.

Dr. Findley is recognized as a dynamic, gifted communicator with incredible stage presence. He drives relevant results and exponentially increases the Leadership capacity of people around the world. His ability to personally engage and connect with each person he encounters is part art, part science and truly magical. The primary focus in life for Dr. Findley is to create meaningful relationships that will position others for optimum success. BELIEFHACKER is the Legacy piece of his life that will continue to serve the world long after the journey of Dr. Findley is complete.

DONNA RICE
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER 

Donna is a seasoned executive with more than 25 year’s experience in multiple industries.   As former Vice President with Cara Operations, Canada’s largest airline catering operations, she led the marketing and customer service functions across national operations and held direct responsibility for over $200M of turnover and global customer satisfaction. She is a former Director in the airline industry in Canada and Europe where her responsibilities included all hospitality customer service standards, safety, procedures, training, and development of new premium products; delivering internationally renowned standards and service levels. 

Applying the knowledge and skills honed during her corporate career, Donna entered the world of technology to support the development and launch of an industry leading on-line consumer advocacy site in tandem with a corporate-facing product for the management of social media and customer relations. She developed SOP’s as the foundation to create best in class relationship management with consumers and commercial customers.  Donna led the operations team responsible to interact with all customers directly and by using the technology provided.

In addition to be respected as an International Leadership Teacher, Coach and Speaker, Donna has more than 30 years of leadership and team development experience delivering educational enrichment programs to children and parents. She is distinguished by her passion for helping people, for excellent customer service and for her focus on collaborative team-building.  Donna is committed to adding value to youth, families, individual leaders and leadership teams.

Now a serial entrepreneur, she spends her time dreaming of and creating ways to add value to people’s lives through educational, organizational and self-development programs. She has learned team development from the #1 Inspirational and Leadership Teacher in the world: John C. Maxwell. Donna delivers time tested leadership principles ranging from personal growth to multi-corporation leadership. She inspires and teaches leaders to develop themselves and those around them to create high performance teams enabling them to reach their highest potential.  She delivers self-development, teamwork, communication, collaboration and life coaching workshops for children, parents, family units, non-profit organizations and businesses.  Her experience as a corporate executive and now several years as an entrepreneur adds tremendous value to those with whom she works.

Not surprisingly, Donna's most important accomplishment in life has been as a Mother who has been blessed to raised three incredible children.

DAVID C. HELGESON, Ph.D.
CHIEF MINDSET OFFICER

Dr. David Helgeson is a clinical psychologist providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy, as well as psychological testing and neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults. He has been involved in sports since his high school days and was a track and field star in high school and college. A big part of his practice is now in sports psychology, where he helps athletes overcome psychological barriers and uses sound psychological tools to enhance their performance so that they can be peak performers. He has worked successfully with athletes of all ages, from high school performers to professional athletes to retired NFL players.

Dr. Helgeson completed his graduate training at Fuller Theological Seminary, where he obtained both a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Theology. He was subsequently awarded a postdoctoral fellowship from the National Institute of Mental Health in geriatric psychology and neuropsychology, where he taught and received additional training at the Andrus Gerontology Center and the University of Southern California.

As well, during his professional career, Dr. Helgeson previously focused a large part of his practice on serving the needs of older adults and their families. He is a highly valued and sought out speaker on a number of topics, but primarily those related to mental health and aging. In addition to his private practice, he is also an adjunct professor at Arizona State University, where he has taught various psychology classes, as well as classes on elder abuse, and on aging and mental health. He has previously served on the board of directors for the Phoenix chapter of the Alzheimer's Association, and continues to facilitate one of their monthly caregiver support groups, which he has done for over 25 years.

DAVE SIMEONE
CHIEF VISIONARY OFFICER

Dave Simeone brings over 30 years of leadership, coaching, managing and educational experience from a variety of levels.

With ten combined years as a state Director of Coaching in both North and South Texas Simeone planned and directed both coaching development programs and player development initiatives. This involved the education and development of staff to deliver coaching education as well as a network of coaches to assist in identifying, selecting and training players for selection into the regional program and the youth national teams organized by the United States Soccer Federation. During his time in North Texas Simeone also served on the Technical Committee for U.S. Soccer and the FIFA Men’s World Cup hosted in the United States in 1994. Additionally he served in a one year capacity as the chairman of the National Coaching Committee for U.S. Soccer.

As a full time national staff coach with the U.S. Women’s National Teams Program Simeone’s responsibilities included collaborating with and influencing twelve states in the south, the player development process throughout the club system, the identification and selection of players at the state and regional level as well as coaching development including but not exclusive to the National Coaching Schools through the United States Soccer Federation. He also served as the assistant for the U 18 Women’s National Team before becoming the head coach as well as assisting with the senior U.S. Women’s Team.

Since leaving U.S. Soccer in 2004 Simeone has directed and coached at the club level with several organizations with numerous teams, age groups competing nationally and numerous players playing at the intercollegiate level, professionally and in the international arena for both the U.S. as well as Mexico and Canada. Simeone continues to instruct in the Coaching Academy for United Soccer Coaches.

Earning his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Northern Colorado and his Master’s at Midwestern State University, Simeone also holds an “A” license from U.S. Soccer and a Premier Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. Currently Simeone is the president of the consulting venture he began in 2004, Soccer Development Strategies, as well as an adjunct instructor in Sport Management at Indiana University.

BRYAN MURPHY
CHIEF LEADERSHIP OFFICER

Bryan currently serves on staff as a pastor at a mega-church in Southern California where he oversees multiple staff teams.
 
With over 20 years of leadership experience, Bryan started his leadership journey by building teams of volunteers within his church. His ability to actively listen and ability to engage the heart in conversations has led to significant influence and respect amongst his teams.
 
As an accomplished guitar player and music producer, he brings skills that have helped to produce and launch the BeliefHacker Nation Podcast. He loves learning and figuring out ways in how to use technology to communicate change and hope.
 
Bryan is continuously learning; from how to run and execute effective social media ads, a marketing agency, an e-commerce store, to learning how to play the ukulele. He loves growing himself and striving to live a life of legacy and purpose. The heart of a leader is what makes Bryan’s heart beat fast. Helping come alongside leaders and providing resources and support for self-leadership is his passion in life.

 

DAN BLANK
CHIEF IMAGINATEUR

Dan Blank is the author of eight best-selling books on soccer and coaching, including the international best-seller Soccer iQ. Dan has been coaching college soccer since 1991 and his career has included stints at Ole Miss and the University of Georgia. Currently he serves as the head coach of women’s soccer at Widener University in Chester, PA.

Sharing his knowledge of coaching and leadership has made Blank a sought after speaker and the most popular author of soccer books in the United States. When Football.com released its list of the Fourteen Best Books for Soccer Players, Parents and Coaches, Blank’s books occupied seven of the spots, including the top two for Soccer iQ Volumes 1 and 2. The Soccer Journal and MLS.com both nominated Soccer iQ as a Book of the Year candidate. Blank’s books have been translated into eleven languages and several have been featured on the television series Mustangs FC which airs on ABC Australia and was nominated for an AACTA Award for Best Children’s Television Series.

On the field Coach Blank has helped produce more than 25 All-Americans and over a dozen professional players. His teams have appeared in 11 national championship tournaments, won nine conference titles and nine regional titles. He has been named conference or region Coach of the Year on nine occasions. He has been awarded the Star of Honor by Bethany College soccer for his contributions as a player, and the Cardinal of Honor by Wheeling Jesuit Soccer for his contributions as coach, and inducted into the Brewton-Parker College Athletics' Hall of Fame. As defensive coordinator at Ole Miss and Georgia, he is the only coach in SEC history to lead the conference’s best defense in consecutive seasons at different universities.


Blank holds an ‘A’ License from the United States Soccer Federation and an Advanced National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. He has been a profiled guest and contributor to a variety of publications and websites including Soccerwire.com, Southern Soccer Scene, TheGirlsSoccerNetwork.com, Football.com, 6ydbox.com and TheTotalSoccerPlayer.com.

Blank has had multiple appearances as a featured guest on Sirius XM’s The Coaching Academy and a variety of radio shows and podcasts. He is the founder and chief imaginateur at soccerpoet.com where you can read his blog and buy his books.

 

JOY CASH
ADJUNCT FACULTY 

Joy Cash has been a well respected Leader,  Manager, and Consultant in the Financial/ Insurance industry for 30+ years.  During her tenure,  she served as Vice President of a small specialty insurance business, standing up a new successful division while teaching, training, and mentoring the associates on the new venture.  As a Senior Project Manager and Consultant,  she has managed countless multi-million dollar projects that included leading dozens of team members around the world.  In addition, Joy has worked directly with some of the largest employers in America to lead implementation teams to install and manage their employee benefits.   

Growing up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Joy's entrepreneurial spirit led her to be part of her family's concrete statue business and later run several other small business ventures over the subsequent years including a stent as a Radio Talk Show host. She is currently on sabbatical from her Adjunct Faculty position with Indiana Wesleyan University where she teaches Finance.  
 
Joy has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Covenant College, an MBA with Finance concentration from Indiana Wesleyan University, and the distinguished Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. To continue her pursuit of lifelong learning, Joy has also begun her Doctoral studies in leadership.
 
Joy is a member of Toastmasters,  the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the Kentucky PMI. She loves giving back to her community by serving locally in her church,  volunteering in the local county elementary school as a Parent Advisor for the school Family Resource Council,  and volunteering with the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren network group.  She has 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren.

KATHY DEMPSEY
ADJUNCT FACULTY 

Kathy B. Dempsey, is an award winning author, keynote speaker and recognized change expert.

Kathy ignites organizations to SHED for Success by empowering them with practical tools to Adapt Quicker and Get Results!

As a former hospital executive, she strategically led Memorial Health Care System’s organizational development efforts to become one of top 100 hospitals in America.

Her most popular book, Shed or You’re Dead®: 31 Unconventional Strategies for Growth and Change is the recipient of a Writer’s Digest International Book Award.

Her ‘signature story’ is her transformation as an ER/trauma nurse who became the first health care worker in America to be diagnosed positive for AIDS as a result of workplace exposure. She received national attention as a result of this life-altering hospital-based event that ‘made her a poster child’ for the Center for Disease Control (CDC). The diagnosis, a death sentence in the mid-80s, was confirmed with multiple positive tests. Months later, all tests returned negative. A miracle or medical error? No one is able to explain. The 3 months that Kathy lived with that traumatic diagnosis was a life-altering experience.

Kathy has inspired thousands of people to SHED in places around the world including Europe, Canada, Africa, Mexico and across the United States.
